Motivation is a must....now where can i find it

Here I am taking the first step! Now i just need to find some great motivators. I have about 50lbs on top of three beautiful babies and a full time job.......motivation is needed BIG time!! :happy: Time managment is really difficult for me :blushing: Please feel free to add me and exchange any great tips you may have :wink: I can also be a great motivator as well, it just diappears when i need it for myself :flowerforyou:

    Wow 3 babies, a husband and a full time job!! Are you able to get up a little bit earlier before the household comes alive?? Just a thought.
