Hey im new to this... :) Im planning on losing 2 stone and want to try and gain muscle aswell. ive put on 4 stone in the last 5 years and im fed up ... im 15 stone now and i need to lose 2 stone before xmas. i find it very hard to stick to a diet. id really appreciate it if you guys add me and follow my progress it would mean alot to me as it would make me more motivated. :) thanks
