Temptations!

Urgh, wish my mum would stop buying biscuits and stuff hmph...
Can't help myself but steal a wee choccy biccy!
She is on a diet too, biscuits are for the kids (can't expect them to be deprived just because we are dieting lol)

Where is my will power??

I'll try harder as from tomorrow

*now where are those bourbons"

    I feel you on this!
My Mum is always bringing unhealthy food into the house. Chips and goodies galore.
What I've had to do is get my own "goodies" that are more on the healthy side. Instead of going for her chocolate muffins, I eat a low fat ice cream sandwich.

I know your pain! My boss keeps bringing in donuts and cupcakes and oreos. I work with college guys, so they love em, but I sit there dying inside, being tortured!

Next time.. Instead of thinking "I'll do better tomorrow" make the effort to do better TODAY.

    Be strong!

It IS much easier if there are no temptations in easy reach...the kids may THINK they are being deprived, but really they are benefiting too by not always eating chocolate biccys.

If something is not there to eat, you can't eat it. Not buying sweet treats is my own best defense against regretted treats anyway....
