Hello to me!!!

Hi y'all

I started back in June , I have lost around 40lbs which I am super stoked about. I started at a whopping 310lbs and as of last week I am 272lbs

I started out going to the gym every morning, something I have been a bit slack on lately but I will get back into it soon.

I find the most inspiration in reading scientific data, other peoples success stories, and myself.

I meet with 2 friends once a week who both also want to get fitter.
