    Congratulations!! So how long did it take? I see you joined 1/2011 was that when you started. I am -20 lbs since March 2012 since I joined and about one and half years before that of exercising and building my strength and endurance. You give me hope and more motivation. I want to lose 30 more pounds..wish me luck!! Keep up the good work!!
