Body fat!!!!!

I got weighed in boots on them machines I was 12st 3lb BMi 26.6 body weight 23.7 can someone tell me what this means and how much I need to lose to weight a healthily weight x

weight and bodyfat percentage along with height might give people a bit more luck in helping.0 -

As a woman, you want your body fat to be between 10% and 32%. Anywhere in that range is healthy.
An "acceptable" range of BF% for women is between 25 and 32%. A woman who is in good fitness will be 21-24% BF, athletes have 14-20% BF, and if you eliminate all fat but what is absolutely essential, you can get down as low as 10-12%, depending on your body.0 -

How do you calculate bodyfat???
One of the more accurate ways is getting someone to use body fat calipers. Some places can do water immersion or dexa scan. There are also hand held machines (bioimpedance) that can do it, but they are the least accurate.0
