Trying Again

Hi guys,
I've been on MFP twice now, and 4 years ago lost 40 pounds before my wedding. I realized last night that I have now gained it all back, and I had a slight breakdown. I decided to hop on the tough-love bandwagon and do something about it (again), and have started a new MFP profile to help me track and get encouragement.
One thing I do need help with right away is exercise for heavy people. I weigh so much now that the exercise I am used to doing actually hurts, and I'm not fit enough to keep it going. What would you all recommend to get back to a normalish weight so I can get back to what I did normally?
Thanks!

Try starting with walking 20-30 minutes/day and work on increasing time/distances/difficulty each day/week0

Thanks, will do. I feel like a feeb, but I think that would be best until my muscles are back to useful.0
