I was introduced to this site by my sisters who are both active members... I hope to be motivated in my progress to shrink from 234lbs to approx. 160lbs.... Good-luck to everyone else with their weight loss....

    I think you will find the help, movtivation and information you will want and need here. I've been on the site for about 23 days and I have already lost 7 pounds just by watching what I'm eating.
