Try Heidi Swanson, of 101 cookbooks, her blog has lots of great recipes. I made the http://www.101cookbooks.com/archives/rose-petal-granola-recipe.html
It's fab! I have it almost every day, I know it seems a bit strange to add rose petals, but the flavour is really mild0 -
This one is fairly low fat: http://www.tasteofhome.com/Recipes/Quick-Stovetop-Granola
I subbed old fashioned oats for the quick oats, Craisins for the golden raisins, and added a few dashes of pumpkin pie spice at the end. I like 1/4 cup of this granola mixed in 1/2 cup of Chobani 0% vanilla yogurt.0
