Omron Fat Loss Monitor

Good morning!
I just got an Omron Fat Loss Monitor (model HBF-306C). It has 2 settings: normal and athlete. To determine which setting to use it tells you to use the FIT equation: frequency x intensity x time. If your score is 60+ it says to use athlete. My score is over 60, but I have a hard time classing myself as an athlete. I'm 5'5" and 165 lbs. I tried both settings, normal put me at about 28%, athlete put me at 26%. The 28% sounds much more realistic, but I just wanted to see if any of you had insight.

I just got the same device, and I also calculate out to be "athlete" mode. I have tried both as well, and I find that the average of the two numbers is very close to what my scale gives me. So I think I will just go with my scale number since it is easier to use.0
