NEW TO myfitnesspal!!

I am cousious of Fitness & how important it is to our Daily Lives, I Consider myself to be Fit, I Excersice regularly and was refered to this site by A Co-worker - I am looking forward to keeping track of my Calorie Intake with myfitnesspal... I hope I can stay motivated to come back and track foods and excercise daily... :wink: I have Set my Goals Oct-Dec of 2012 & Plan on exceeding them...

I Do Cycling/Spinning on Average 4 to 5 Times A Week it's been part of my heart & Cardio System for Over 7 years...I find that it's what works for me! I have been platoed for sometime and I just started a weight training program I am developing the training on my own - I Will strengthen & Tone my Upper Body and regardless of my Cycling consistency I Will also do Weight Training for my Legs.

We can do anything - All we have to do is have Set A Strong Positive Mind and We can Accomplish It!
