Hey looking for friends!

I'm Nathan. I was a food lover and would eat a lot. If it was in my face I tried it. As on New Years 2012 I have stopped eating fast food, drinking sodas, and make most of my own food. I started MFP not to long ago after my weight loss started to come to a halt. I was eating healthy but way to many calories. Now I am back on track. I started at 276 and I am now at 229. I would like to get to 200. I am looking for friends and motivation. I also like to see what others are eating so I can get new ideas on my food choices. I don't want to get bored eating the same thing over and over again.

  • I'll be your friend. I've been toggling between 160 and 180 for years (mostly at 180). It would be a dream to weigh 155, but there are cycles where I just give up and indulge heavily. Also during the winter I tend to slow down on working out. I like MFP of all the tools I've used. I started this summer, and am back again.

    How about me? I'm 6'2" and 209 now which is over 10 pounds under my goal weight. Still working on improving everything and becoming more awesome. I'm on here every day.
