Food goal details? Advice please!

I have a couple questions for anyone that might know:
1. How important is it to meet all components of the daily goals? I'm always really below my carbs goal (but everything else is usually close to met). Will this affect my results? (Also, I'm on 55% carbs, 25% protein, 20%fat...if that matters)
2. Using the manual goal settings, I have my daily deficit set pretty low (1000cals/day for a 150lbs woman trying to get to 135lbs) but I usually burn about 400-600 everyday so I tend to eat about 1400-1600cals. Is that still too low? Am I risking screwing up my metabolism? I assume that I'm not because I never ever feel hungry the way I've been going but that little warning on my food diary is freaking me out lol.
If anyone could give me some feedback on this I would love you for it! I'm a newbie to using the site. Thanks so much!

Hey :-) I'd say if you are burning 600 cals in the gym or whatever, then you should be looking to eat 1800 at least per day!0
