Can you have a 6 pack after a C Section???

Im just curious i had 2 c sections and i want to know if it's possible to get a 6 pack????

Serious answer: Yes. As long as you allow the tissue to heal, there should be nothing in the way of a 6-pack if you get your body fat percentage sufficiently low and work hard at building muscle.
Funny answer: Absolutely! You're not drinking for baby any more, so alcohol is no longer forbidden (unless, of course you are breast feeding - then you should drink only the finest single malt Scotch because you don't want baby thinking you are a cheap boozehound).0 -
