    Hi folks, 66 pounds to go here to get to a "goal weight" this site has been amazing for me, who knew all you had to do was pay attention? lmao where bouts in Ontario Kangoo? weakness here for forty creek so I get the weakness for Crown.

    I am also new to this but so far so good. I have three children and an amazing wife.
    I also just recently quit smoking which makes it all even harder. Hoping to be 220lbs
