Just moved into a flat at uni and dont want to annoy anyone underneath me, does anyone know any exercises I could do in my room that wouldnt be too noisy but would burn calories? Im not fussed about how long I have to do them for, but Im looking to burn about 200cals. I will join a gym, but still looking aroung for the best deal! Cheers! xx

I got myself a set of resistance tubes for use in the flat - they're more for building strength rather than burning calories, but they are nice and quiet and get my heart rate up for a while. They also don't take up much space and are enjoyable...
I log them as Strength training (weight lifting, weight training) in MFP. 200 calories would take about 50 minutes.0
