Chicken katsu.. But with the chicken cooked directly in the sauce. Have one it with cornflakes and it ws awesome just too much faffing around!

Wholewheal spaghetti, Quorn mince, Feta cheese, pasta sauce, and Cheddar sprinked on the top.

Homemade chicken noodle soup. All the way homemade, I mixed, kneaded, rolled, cut & dried my noodles & they're cooking in a broth I made using bone in chicken breasts. 236 calories per bowl too. That's right, I rock.0
