Help with toning up lower body!

Hi all, I just wanted to know what everyone was using to tone up the lower body. I jiggle and I would like for that not to happen and I workout at home. I have weights, bosu, ankle weights, medicine ball, and an exercise ball.

    go on youtube and look up squats and lunges. They are awesome for the legs. Side lifts with the legs (standing or laying on side) are also great. hope this helps alittle, good luck.

    I have had amazing results with Brazil Butt Lift. Plus the program includes abs and upper body too

    I was going to suggest Brazil Butt Lift too. It completely focuses on the lower body and core :)

    thanks I have that set but I don't know why I can't commit to it. (he does go very fast in those videos)

    I wasn't thrilled with committing at first either, then I started to just do whatever video of the day I felt like, that made me happier, if I wasn't in the mood for something planned on the program, I did something different. It's worked well for me. I really like sculpt, I slowed it down to my speed at first, then I uppered the weights, I now do it with a 25lb kettlebell and 20 lb dumbells.
