I started my diet 8 weeks ago, also joined a gym at the same time, and aloong with using MyFitnessPal I've so far 23lbs and counting!

I agree, it'll be good to see how other people are getting on with eating foods I've heard of. We've just started selling Fruit Loops where I work and that was always something I'd heard of on American TV programmes but had no idea what they were! Everyone can feel free to add me! :-)0 -
