I surprise myself!

I had two options for tonight:

1. Go to a friend's house for dinner (and probably dessert). No exercising today.
2. Go to the gym and continue to follow my diet.


I've got to be sick - I took choice 2. Wow!

    That was a tough choice. We all have to keep our friends but still do what is best for ourselves. Walking tight ropes isn't easy. :flowerforyou:
