    Your post is freakin awesome. Congrats on your weightloss. Sometimes we don't realize how much weight it really is that we have lost. I like the idea of comparing it to an actual item.

    Thats awesome! I kayak and have lost about the weight of my kayak too!
    (did you know kayaking burns like 400 cal an hour! I kayak against the river current for more of a workout)
