I have been putting fat free cottage cheese in everything. I put it in my soup. I eat it plain.. Pasta. Whatev! I put it in my chili today and it was so good. The chunks tend to melt, but some of them stay solid.. It's like eating chunks of cheese without all the guiltiness...:glasses:0
