    Honestly working out has been something I have struggled to stick with. I have started the 30 Day Shed a few times and would stop after a few days, rollerblading on and off and that's pretty much it!

    You look great, very inspiring :noway: . How long did it take you to get there, thats my starting weight. I know we are all different but it would be encouraging to have a rough estament. My goal is 130lbs then see how I feel, then decide if I wanna lose anymore. You definally got a WOW!!! out of me. :happy:
