Hi There....I'm a beginner focusing mainly in inches loss as there is not much weight to lose (i'm 5'1" with around 111 Lbs). I worked 4-5 days with Denise Austin's burn fat fast cardio...really enjoyed and it definitely helped bost my stamina a bit. To prolong the workout (as her workout is only around 15 min long) I thought of combining it with Leslie Sansone's 1 mile walk but I didnt enjoy the walk part...fell like too much pressure on my knees and not much movement of upper body....only Denise's workout later really prepped me out and helped me break into a sweat. So i was wondering if its really a good idea to combine both the workouts or should i move towards Leslie's 2 mile workouts for some days and keep some days only for denise's workout. Also, is it just me or anyone here also thinks that Leslie's 1 mile workout does little in terms of upper body....in fact i kind of made up for it by doing my own random hand and arm movements.

I like to do Yoga as a warm up or barre 3 (10-20 minutes). I would alternate the Leslie Sansone and Denise Austin (two of my favorites) after that... but that's just me.
I am a big fan of working in several 10-20 minutes of acitvity.0
