Options for weight training

Hello can
We live in a small house and do not have a spare room to get a weight bench or anything. I also have a full time job and run a woodworking business so getting time to run into town to a gym will not work. What is there I get to do some weight training in a very limited space.

What are some good Resistance bands to get and workouts to do with them. I have not done weight work before0

Do the program below with dumbbells. For benching use a piece of your wood laying on some cinder blocks or something and move it when you're done.

i think the x factor gym is basically the same as the tower 200. A gym is probably the best but if you can't go to a gym and have no room for a weight set. IMO this would be the next best thing.0 -

I recently bought one from Bodylastics, seems good.

But I do find difference in lifting weights at gym and working with resistance bands. After 2 sessions with the bands, I'm still finding it difficult to work my muscles to get it to that burn stage which it use to reach so easily at the gym. Maybe overtime I'll learn the right posture for the exercises to be more effective.0 -

Resistance bands are great - they come in different "levels" of difficulty too.
There are always good ole push ups and abs, lunges, squats which theoretically don't require weights.
I also like resistance bands for taking trips - very portable - you can jog with them and then use them wherever you are.0
