The title says it all. Not only am I sick with a sinus infection at the moment but I have been non stop sick to my stomach, dizzy, headaches, not slept in 3 days now and I'm under tons of stress. I've also lost 7 lbs this week which is alot to lose in a week. I really need to go to the doctor but I dont want to go today b/c its my sons 1st birthday and I dont want to spend it away from him at the hospital. I just dont feel right. I've been eating healthy and getting plenty of fluids. Anyone else feel like this after about a week or two of heavy dieting and exericse? Or should I be really concerned?

there seems to be this sinus thing running rampant through my area...

being really low on net calories can make you more susceptible to illness... I can't see your diary so I can't offer suggestions there...

What do you consider "healthy eating"? just curious

Also, I'm not sure how much you workout, but over-training can make you feel pretty crappy. This is probably not the cause here, but it may contribute...

^^^^THIS! Sounds to me like you are sick and need to see a doctor.....remember - you are no use to your son if you continue to be ill. Celebrate his birthday properly when you feel better. You will all enjoy it more.

I agree with the others, I hope you can get in to see a doctor! It's better to be safe than sorry! Get feeling better soon :-)

Happy 1st Birthday to your beautiful baby! :flowerforyou:
