FOR EXERCISE, I WANT TO ADD INSANITY BUT I CAN NOT FIND IT. WHY IS THAT?

    I don't think MFP has it. I have a heart rate monitor and have tracked most of the routines multiple times. I'd be happy to share my results if you want.

    I logged mine under Circuit Training until I bought a HRM.
