Try chewing sugar free gum or drinking a large glass of water. Also, if you eat foods high in fiber you will feel fuller longer.0

Drink water or an herbal tea0

If you've got the calories, nothing wrong with snacking!!! I had a cucumber and dipped it in hummos before bed last night. Yuuuuuum!0

Tea really helps me when I cant help myself!
I have also found that staying up late is the culprit to my late night snacking. Figure, dinner is at 6:30...by 9:30 my body should eat something, right? (Based on eating every three hours). So if I'm up till 12:30, technically, should have eaten twice since dinner! If I know its going to be a late night, I'll make dinner only be 250-300 calories; that way I can eat again without going over my calories.0 -

I've been able to curb unwarranted cravings with hot green tea before. Don't know why I don't do it more often....0

For me if I am hungry before bed I always have some veggies. If I don't listen to my body I wake up desperately hungry in the middle of the night, unable to sleep.0

I tried herbal tea this afternoon when I was hungry and it totally help! I think I will try it again if I get hungry before bed, but I still have a few calories for a healthy snack later on.0
