TRX workouts

Has anyone ever done TRX workouts? Do you feel they have worked?

    TRX is awesome! It really gets to muscles that you can't get to with traditional weight training. If you stay consistent with it, you will see some real results. Not only in the shape of your body, but your strength.

    i've used the TRX from time to time, i have now got a routine im going to try out on the TRX which works quite a few muscle groups. it comprises of 10 exercise, doing each exercise for a minute with a 30 rest between exercise and have to do 3 sets of this, as i say going to try it to see how i get on at first. worth looking on you tube as that has some good workouts, to change it up a bit.
