Looking to lose 30 pounds. Medifast Newbie:)

Hello, this is my first time on the site and seems fun! I am on day 1 of medifast... Not so bad but want to try this for now and then do a low cal diet. I am tired of being over weight. Currently I am 165 hoping to lose 30 within no specific time frame. Nice to meet you guys!

I beginning Medifast Today. I was on medifast earlier this spring and lost twenty pounds quickly. I am now going back on it with the goal of thirty more pounds. Im hoping to lose the weight by the end of the year. Its great to hear from others doing the same.
