So this one isnt clothes or compliments but im calling this a victory...

Background: 2 weeks ago I started on the rowing machine and couldnt manage 5 minutes of resistance level 1 (goes to 10). I managed to get myself up to a full 10 minutes on level 1 at the weekend.

Today I went on the rowing machine and after 8 minutes realised i was aching all over and it was a seriously hard workout. Then i realised the person before had set it to resistance level 10!!! I fought through the last 2 minutes proud that I had gotten so far and completed a good 10 minute workout on the higher resistance setting at the same pace I did the lower resistance. Now i've stepped it up so far im going for 15 minutes on the higher setting on my next session.

So yeah, basically I'm superman in training
