My new plan - what do you think?

Hi all, am looking to shake up my training schedule and hoped some of you could look at the below and offer feedback?
I will be doing the following;

Monday - cardio only
Tuesday - Crossfit + extra abs
Wednesday - as per new plan
Thursday - Crossfit + extra abs
Friday - as per new plan
Saturday - interval cardio training or rest
Sunday - rest

UPPER:
Tricep dips Feet elevated warm up
Pull ups Body weight 3 x 10
Seated Rows Lots & light 4 x 20
Chest Press Heavy 3 x 10
DB Lat Raise Light 5 x 15
DB Shoulder Press Heavy 3 x 10
Tricep - overhead Mid 4 x 15
Bicep Curl - bar Heavy 3 x 10
Tricep dips Feet elevated to fail
Push Ups to failure

LOWER:
Leg Press Heavy 3 x 12
Walking Lunges Mid
Leg Extensions Heavy 3 x 12
Squat with Bar Heavy 3 x 12
Single Leg Split Sq Light 3 x 12
Box Jumps to failure


Am currently in maintenance mode looking to tone up.

    That looks like a helluva regimen...like boot camp or something. You are certain to get toned up.

    Looks very similar to mine that I've been doing since May 1st. Just make sure you're eating enough and you'll be just fine...a little tired, but fine.

    Are you going to have fun on this schedule?.

    For me workouts must be fun or in between something fun (for the soul) should be added.

    Not sure what your schedule is, but I love to toss the frisbee for a 2ple hours when the weather allows it. It also allows quality time with loved ones and family members. Finding groups for practicing sports like Volley Ball, Soft Ball or Soccer; to keep the agility levels on high.

    Tracy Anderson Method has some pretty effective workouts with minimal props requirements. They seem easy to achieve but they are quite challenging.

    Good luck on your work outs keep it fun and varied and I am sure you will succeed.

    Also Google Scooby (personal trainer) he has some awesomely simple routines to follow with major results.
