Hell everyone. Let me say this. I have been obese all my life. At one point, I did reach a healthy weight, but it was not the correct way. Back in 1999/2000, I eventually reached 185 lbs. I never felt better. Something bad happened, and I lost everything in my life. Depression set in, and so did the weight gain. I reached a peak of 310 in 2003. I decided to work at it again after recovering my life. I reached 235 in late 2004 when I had another very bad experience where i lost everything again, and the weight gain set in. I ended up at 260 in 2006, started getting my life together, but found myself at a sit down job, also raising kids at home. I wasn't being very active, and I eventually reached a peak of 357 lbs last April of 2012. I said enough is enough. I was able to bring my weight down to 336 when I was told about this site. I ended up logging in back in May, but never really did anything with it. My friend Kito (username kitosoma on here) is a work friend, and he encouraged me to look back into this. Well one day, I decided to see more in depth what this is all about. I have already lost another 11 lbs. I don't eat the best, but I also still try to keep my calorie count in check. I'm getting better and better about my food choices. I have realized I have been doing it all wrong my whole life. I truly believe that I can do this forever.

Yes, the last two times I got my weight down, it was not the most friendly on my body (or mind). This time, I'm going to do it right. It's working like a champ!!!0
