I'm not new and I'm especially not new to losing weight (and feeling great) \o/ ...always up for adding newbies! I like to think I'm a great motivator!

I previously lost 35 lbs (at age 38) and kept it off for over 4 years. Yes, I let life get in the way last year and put on 12 lbs, but that's okay, I've gotten rid of most of it...If I can do it, I know you can!! Because I am a reformed sugar addict and a recovered anorexic (teenage years; heavy before and heavy as an adult). So, I will get after you for not eating enough calories and I will chide you if you aren't eating vegetables (or healthy foods).
