All After Pics?

I have to say, unless most of the ladies here are using "after" pics for their avatars, looks to me to be a lot of women here in far less need of help than they think.
Makes me wonder about self-image problems when I see some of you complaining about how far you have to go while looking so dang hot.

    Indeed. . .we generally only use the most flattering photos of ourselves! I have to put my handsome hubby in my shot to make me look better!!!

    I used to use an old picture when I was 30-40 pounds lighter, but now I use a legit before picture as you can see xD
