Need More Protein!

It seems like I am ALWAYS under my protein goals for the day. I don't eat meat in more than one meal per day, so I need to find a few new foods that will give me the boost of protein that I need. I've tried taking whey protein, but quite frankly it tastes kind of blah. I tried it with milk, and it's a bit better, but I'd rather have a few more foods I can rely on... or maybe a better way to eat the whey? Any suggestions?

make smoothies with your protein powder. A friend also suggested mixing it with oatmeal in the morning.

I get too much protein trying to meet my calcium goals. So, I did some research and found this article:

I recently watched the documentary Fork Over Knife which also discussed studies proving that people who eat less animal protein are healthier. I'm personally going to cut back on protein.

And another thing, I'm trying to get all my nutrients through real food like God intended. Protein powders are not found in nature. Just sayin'...

I am TOTALLY hooked on Unjury Chicken Soup protein powder. It's a WONDERFUL change to sweet protein powders all the time. It takes a little to master how to prepare it, since protein powder kinda "curdles" when heated. It keeps me full and only 100 calories a scoop!
