  • Also, MFP wasn't very clearn when I got that target caloric intake of 1200/day. I guess I read it as "DO NOT EAT MORE THAN THIS"

    It's a common complaint... I agree with you. They really need to be more clear that you shouldn't be using your target as a maximum - Just as a target. I especially love how good numbers like "protein" turn red when you exceed your amount. OH NO I ATE TOO MANY PROTEINS

    Well I like to think there is no such thing as too much protein. Lol. I will never eat enough of it to become "bad for me"...

    It would be nice, too, if instead of just saying "Here's your options and one pound a week is recommended," they actually listed what the right amount of weight loss per week would be depending on how much you have to lose. But everyone wants it gone asap (me included, when I first joined) and automatically gets 1200 when more would be better.

    Well I chose the 2lb/week option. But I'm starting to see that that is not the way to go about it...
