I make out our menu for two weeks at a time. There are only two of us so it seems there is always leftovers (even though we have them for lunch the next day). You may want to add a day for leftovers, which is what we do on Friday nights when we are exhausted from a long week. Great menu though and appreciate you sharing it! I will definitely be trying some of the recipes.0
