Oh my god! I didn't know these were called calf raises! With no knowledge of what these are, I was just experimenting one day and lifted my heels and felt it burn, so ever since over the years I do these whenever I workout, and it just so happens I already did 400 of these today!
Feels good to know I was doing something right ;D
And I did them on my floor. They don't make me sore, it's extremely hard to make my legs sore.0 -
