Yes, yes...Tell us more!:laugh:0 -
Chocolate cheerios, never heard of it until now.
Hate to burst bubbles, but they taste good because of sugar content.
They have 9 grams of sugar per 3/4 cup serving.
Multigrain cheerios have 6 grams of sugar per 1 cup serving
which would be 4.5 grams of sugar per 3/4 cup serving.
Normal cheerios have 1 gram of sugar per 1 cup serving.
Which would be .75 grams of sugar per 3/4 cup serving.
So Chocolate cheerios have:
- TWICE the amount of sugar than multigrain cheerios
- TWELVE times more sugar than regular Cheerios.
To Compare, Chocolate cheerios have the same sugar content as Froot Loops.
12grams of sugar per 1 cup.
It's the choices we make.0 -
Yes, it is all about the choices we make, but for a snack I will take all the sugar because they are YUMMY !!! Besides, these are WAY better tasting than fruit loops; they're chocolate for petes sake !
Yes, PB2 is powdered peanut butter. You can find it at some stores along with www.bellplantation.com. All you do is mix the powder with a little bit of water and waaa laaa, peanut butter. After eating the PB2 I tried Jiffy not too long ago and could not stand the taste of Jiffy.
2 tablespoons has 52 calories compared to Jiffy at 1900 -
Yeah we just bought some, and I thought they were great. What is PB2?0

I take it you put this in there for me. ******* 1 Gram less sugar? Wow. *******
Chocolate cheerios have 9 grams sugar for 3/4 cup serving (Serving size is 27grams)
Total Raisin Bran have 19 Grams sugar for serving (Serving is 55 grams)
Total Raisin Bran at least has natural sugar with the Raisin's....
I won't respond back anymore, the only reason I wrote in this Topic, is alot of people on MFP, like to see good healthy foods when we are ALL trying to lose weight.
I was informing people, about how much sugar is in that cereal and there's healthier cereals.0 -
