Cheer Comp Comming Up!

Hi everyone,

I am new to this place and just thought I would share some of my goals and sporting goals.

I have a National Cheerleading comp in a few weeks time. Being 24 I am one of the oldest on the team and at times it can be hard standing with much younger girls who have a very different physique to me. I am slim but I would like to slim down my legs, I am working hard at the gym and cheer training to try and help combat this but I wondered what peoples tried and tested suggestions are? From having a lifetime full of fitness I have always had larger legs, but now there seems to be a little less muscle and a little more flab there! (Whoops- too many chocolate bars, why do they taste sooooo good!?!?!)

    Thanks! I am really excited as I am in 2 routines and coaching a team for it. It is a lot of hours and hard work but the end result is ALWAYS worth it! :-)
