Hi, everyone..great to be here..I recently started a walking program, and am excited to make some positive changes in my eating habits..I admire you all, and am proud to be a new member!

    Welcome! I am fairly new,too..just joined last weekend. I applaud you for taking control of your life,starting walking and eating healthier. I also walk,usually 2-4 miles a day. It is a hard process,sometimes,but there are so many people here who are friendly and willing to help make the journey a little easier. We ALL know what youre going thru. Feel free to add me.
