    wow great job mama!! ive been onagain off again with mfp but this time im determind to make it work im starting off at 173 on a 5' frame size 14 i would love to get back down to 120lbs again and seeing stories like your make me see and believe it can happen

    You look fantastic! Your pictures are an inspiration! I'm only 5' tall and I've been carrying too much weight for too long! I LOVE MFP and I started doing 30DS but because I like variety I just bought 2 more of Jillian's workouts and go between them...Kickboxing and Ripped. I'm loving the results!
