My Ripped in 30 Results

Here are my Ripped in 30 results. I'm not so sure I see any difference. I think I lost 4 1/2 pounds.

I'm doing another round of 30 day shred, so hopefully I'll lose some more weight.

There is some change there. Not familiar with Ripped in 30 but you can see a difference in both pictures. Keep it up.

Ripped in 30 is another one of Jillian Micheal's workout DVD's. It's circuit training and only 20 minutes everyday. :) Thank you.
  • Looking good! You can definitely see the progress.

I can very much see it! Did you measure yourself when you started? Measure yourself again; you'll be surprised. Congrats to you and keep going!

Your waist is definitely more defined! Congrats on finishing RI30... I'm going to move on to that when I finish 30DS next week!
  • Yes, I see it. Great work. I was doing 30DS and then I stopped to do Turbo Fire.

Ha, you have the same thing I have - still a pot belly, but much rounder and more defined! You're really cute though. Keep it up and you will be ripped eventually. Probably not in 30, but hey, 4.5 lbs esp. with probably gaining some muscle is nothing to sneeze at.

Great results and very motivational! I have had the DVD for a while and haven't done it. Maybe your pics are the kick in the *kitten* I needed!

The pot belly is from my 2 kids. I've had 2 c-sections. The first was 9 lbs 1 oz, the second one was 9 lbs 3 oz. They really did a number on me.

Did you do the recommended diet as well? I'm just wondering because I bought the RI30 DVD last Friday and expect to start it tonight or tomorrow. You look great by the way.

No I didn't do the recommended diet. I kind of wish I did. Maybe next time.

Take heart! The photos may not reveal as *much* of a change as you would like, but there is noticeable change!

And, I had 2 c-sections #1 was 8.5 lbs #2 was 9lb 11oz. It took getting to a non-pregnant non-postpartum ALL time HIGH weight for me to get my butt into gear. But, I've managed to do it and I've been able to wear a bikini to the beach.

I have NO DOUBT you'll get there!!! Keep up the hard work!!!

That is AWESOME!!! Don't be discouraged for just losing 4 pounds, i am finishing up a month of RI30 and i have lost about the same but i can really see some nice muscle definition!! I am sure you built up your muscles pretty good considering your measurement comparison; i am not sure how anyone wouldn't build muscle doing RI30...
    Great job!!!

I'm not sure if anyone is interested, but here is what I started with before I did 30 day shred and my results. I just started again a few days ago.

Thank you :) I'm hoping by next year I'll look good in a bikini.

Definitely a change in your hips.
I did the 30-Day Shred, then No More Trouble Zones, then 6-Pack in 6-Weeks. All good results. I love Jillian!
