You ONLY need yourself to succeed--You CAN do this!! Your best years are ahead of you if you just remember to take the time to take care of yourself. The only thing you need to do it follow this food diary and be honest--write down everything that goes in your mouth. Make adjustments when you need to stay within your calorie/fat intake and always be thinking about your next meal......very important to plan ahead. Eat three meals, no skipping and don't beat yourself up if you have a few slips along the way. If you are really craving certain foods find a way to have them to satisfy your urges. I eat ANYTHING I want within reason and have adapted some of my favorites into lowfat low calorie recipes that hit all my bells and whistles and keep me on track. Good Luck to you on your journey!0

I've had a lot of success with MFP... lost 50 pounds overall. You can do this!0 -

Hi, I'm on day 5 and would love to have you add me as a friend. I'm trying to lose 73 pounds to get to 150 at 5-6"ht. This is my second time making a lifestyle change like this. The first time was after my 2nd child at weight watchers. I made it down to 170 and felt great. Then one day I was looking at a pop tart and thought, I'm never going to be able to have one of these again without feeling guilty. Yes, a pop tart! I stopped journaling my meals and boom several years later (and yes several pop tarts too) I'm back where I started. Hoping that using this system and getting some good online support from friends will help me make a change that lasts a loooong time.0

I am looking to lose about 80 pounds as well.
I started in January at 237 pounds. I have lost 46 so far and looking to get down to 160 as my goal weight. The weight came off easily at first and that kept me motivated and since about May I have really struggled to keep myself on track for more than a week or 2 at a time. My weight graph looks like a lot like this... ^^^^^^^ ,,,, up a few pounds, down a few pounds, up a few pounds, etc etc. I really want to see the nice downhill line from here on out.
You can do this! Don't beat yourself up over a bad day or a bad week. Keep your end goal in your focus and just keep starting fresh, letting go of the bad day or week you had.0 -
You can do it, and good luck0
