Women and Supplements - Advice?

Hi!
Since I restarted MFP I have been plagued with deep fatigue. I REALLY DO have tons of fruit, vegetables, lean meats, nuts, fish, etc. Am not staying hydrated consistently. (Working on this)
But I am wondering if I am somehow missing some nutrients not because of diet, but because of lower caloric intake.
Does anyone have advice about what vitamins or minerals could help supplement my diet, just to see if that's it? What's worked for you, if anything? (Sure miss those pre-natals - wish I could get some of those on the black market - ha ha)
Thanks alot to anyone who posts.

It could be stress. I have been the same way because I work full time and go to school full time so I no doubt have stress. My sister (a nurse) recommended adrenal health (the ones from whole foods by Gaia). It has helped me alot, it helps to control stress which will give you more energy.0

No doubt that's contributing. Very stressful right now!! Thanks for the reminder and taking the time to respond.0 -

Hey thanks - I have heard those three before so makes me have some confidence about them. Do you have any recommendations on brands? I know efficacy varies greatly between them.
Thanks for responding!0
