Honey, I only drink water and use fat free glitter. You're fine. Just log it as 3 glasses of water.0

How do I log this? Does the sweat count as water, and do I need to factor in the sodium levels? Lets say this was at a club, and there was a lot of licking going on.
I think the sodium is more significant than the water quantity.
You should go back with a test tube and collect a sample for testing.
Glitter, though, that's basically fiber. Shoots right through you.0 -

i mean.. i throw my body glitter like its rain.. so how would you log that?0

I've always wondered the same thing when I wet the bed. My body soaks back the water it just released so does that count as part of my 8oz a day0

How vigorous was the licking, you should log it as cardio and estimate each handful of glitter as 10 calories...In conclusion; raspberry ketones.0

It depends on how short you cut your big toe toenails.0

Yeah.... I'm in the licking as cardio club. And your body can't break down the glitter so technically no calorie absorption. Plus I could even argue that the extra process it goes to trying to digest the glitter might even make it a negative calorie food.
Well done sir!0 -
Once I bought a new pair of Victoria Secret undies that had glitter on them. I was wearing shorts and running on the treadmill and it looked like my vagina was raining glitter.0
