    None really! Just the dedication and will to do it! You can alter some of the moves - you dont have to do exactly what they do all the time... GO FOR IT!!!

    I just started P90x so i HAD to check that out... omg fantastic results! I love that you looked toned and not just skinny with no muscle. I cant believe that was only 30 days. You just gave me a whole lot of motivation!!! :)
