Hi, as the name suggests, im trying for a quick weight loss. I want to make it as quick yet as safe as i can. Has anyone got any tips on how to balance the two out?

Rapid weight loss will likely mean you did it in an unhealthy manner and in a way that is unsustainable. If you need to lose weight quickly, it likely means poor planning on your part, i.e. you have a big vacation or event coming up where you want to be thinner.
Do it right and you won't have to do it again.0 -

I agree, there's no healthy way of losing weight fast. You didn't put the pounds on overnight, so they won't come off overnight either. If you do it slow and steady, you're more likely to stick with it for the long hull.0

The fastest, healthiest way to guarantee consistent optimum weight loss and fitness progress is to do consistent and optimal fitness activities.
meaning.... work hard every day. Thats the only fast way that comes with a guarantee. And its fast compared to sitting on the computer wishing0 -

diet will lose you weight, exercise is optional if you dont care what you look like naked and only care about the number on the scale and you dont mind having a droopy situation happening. Eat less.

Cut off a leg.
Ding, ding, ding, we have a winner! And, as a bonus, as long as said leg is professionally, surgically removed in a sterile environment and treated appropriately for healing, it's COMPLETLEY SAFE!
ETA: It's also cool because next year when you need a "quick, safe" way to lose weight again, you have ANOTHER LEG!0 -

First I think it would help if we understood your goals. How much weight are you looking to lose? And for what purpose? It may be that what you really want to lose is inches. My first suggestion is to begin tracking your food, if you haven't done so already. What you eat, and how much, is important. I've only been at this for about 3 months, and I've lost enough inches to go down a size, so it is certainly possible that you could reach your goals if they are realistic.0

It's extremely hard to do this the healthy way if you're going for speed as well. If you don't mind my asking, why the rush? Once the weight is off, you have the rest of your life to enjoy it and work on maintaining the body you've created. It doesn't have to happen overnight, and probably won't anyway.1
