Morning - it's just after 5am here and I normally go running at 5.30am. Except it is bucketing down. Any ideas for something I can do inside? I have no gym equipment at all!!!

I'm sure I'll be too late in this reply but, have you ever considered doing yoga to break up the weekly cardio routine? I used to do pilates in a studio and don't know any sites on internet offhand. I did just discover this though: http://www.yogadownload.com/ It's pretty cool!0

I just did 16 minutes of this in my PJs. Going to see how many calories it burned and then do it again. My head is sweating!!0 -

I don't do many outdoor exercises, because of where I live, so I went and purchased Wii Fit. They have strength training, yoga, and a bunch more!! On the Wii Fit Plus games, there's boxing, running, and so much more!! I love it!!0

Thanks very much - I'll give anything a go if if means I'm going to look as nice as you!0 -
Thanks for the ideas everyone. I actually forgot we had a Nintendo Wii. The in-laws long term borrowed it last year some time so I'll get that back today!0

I did some of these exercises earlier and they are all pretty much doable with your own body. You can use dumbbells for some, but even without the weight those ones can be hard after doing them enough.

I saw someone post it earlier which is how I found it ;d0 -

At 5.30am?! The neighbours would love it!0 -
Well, it doesn't work for today, but you might want to consider investing in a weighted hula hoop! They don't cost a whole lot -- I think mine was 30 plus shipping.
But otherwise, try doing a basic circuit training routine -- jumping jacks, crunches, bicycle kicks, squats, push ups, etc. It might sound basic but if you do this non-stop, you'll be breaking a sweat in no time!
Enjoy the rain! I'm quite jealous!0
